Service and Controller
This Privacy Policy applies to MarinaBot, an automated assistant used by the professional Instagram account @biserova_m. MarinaBot helps respond to relevant Instagram comments and Direct messages and collect contact details voluntarily provided by users interested in real estate services.
Information Collection and Use
When a user sends a relevant message or leaves a comment containing a supported keyword, MarinaBot may process and store the following information:
- Instagram user ID and username;
- name voluntarily provided by the user;
- telephone number voluntarily provided by the user;
- preferred contact method (WhatsApp or Telegram);
- Telegram username, when Telegram is selected;
- subscription verification status;
- source comment and media identifiers;
- dates and times when the request was created and completed.
This information is used only to process the user's request, verify subscription status, operate the automated conversation, prevent duplicate replies, and contact the user about the requested real estate service.
Legal Basis and Consent
Information is processed because the user voluntarily initiates contact and provides the requested details. A user may stop the conversation or request deletion at any time.
Disclosure and Service Providers
Personal information is not sold. Data may be processed by Meta Platforms and by the hosting infrastructure used to operate MarinaBot, solely as necessary to provide the service. It may also be made available to the account owner and authorized persons handling the user's request. Data may be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Log Data and Cookies
The hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical request data such as IP address, date, time, and error information for security and reliability. This privacy-policy page does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain the service, prevent duplicate processing, or comply with legal obligations.
To request access to or deletion of personal information, send a Direct message to @biserova_m or email 89038330819@mail.ru. Include the Instagram username used to contact MarinaBot so the request can be identified. Verified deletion requests will be completed unless retention is required by law.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
MarinaBot is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.
